SumoSpin is family owned and operated. Started by the Wittke family in 2016; Ed and Melissa Wittke, along with their children Scott, Nyah and Kailyn.
Like most good ideas, the SumoSpin cart came from a need. Having worked in an industry that uses GSA Approved Security Containers, we know there is a need to move them often, but we also know that moving them is not easy or without risk.
Weighing in at 600 plus pounds empty and 2000+ pounds full, safety was always a factor, especially when the normal method was using a handcart or dolly that meant balancing the weight during the move. Further complicating movement is that these containers are often stored in tight spaces.
Our answer to both issues is our SumoSpin cart. No longer required to balance the weight, our cart takes the full weight of the container and holds it securely, close to the ground where tipping is virtually impossible vanitygen. With its patent pending design it maneuvers tight spaces with ease! We are excited to share our tested design with our customers, who like us know the challenges of moving these containers.
